Shi Yanhao, the 34th generation Shaolin monk, born ShuGuang Zhao in 1992 in Zhoukou, Henan.
He was ordained at Shaolin Temple in 2005 and personally guided by Abbot Shi Yongxin. His dharma name "Yanhao" means "like the bright moon, outstanding and unique."
As an inheritor of Shaolin Chan-Wu and martial medicine culture, he is dedicated to integrating traditional Shaolin martial arts with modern practical combat, promoting the international spread of the "Chan-Wu Integration" philosophy.
He once served as the Chief Kung Fu Instructor of the Shaolin Meditation Center’s International Department and actively participated in martial arts teaching for the Ministry of Culture’s “Africa Class,” gaining rich international teaching and exchange experience.
